Position Overview: We are looking for reliable General Laborers who can perform a variety of tasks to support our skilled tradespeople on construction sites in Delray Beach. Candidates must have their own transportation and be ready to work hard in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up barriers.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment to and from the construction site.
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and lifting materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and tidying up work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

• Own reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take directions from supervisors.
• Must have basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as a hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, and steel-toe boots.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on Experience).
