- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks using CMMS and maintenance schedules.
- Inspect, adjust, and replace parts on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and related systems.
- Support equipment changeovers, installations, and upgrades for new or improved processes.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics to diagnose issues.
- Apply and follow all safety, LOTO, and GMP standards in a food manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment issues.
- Document maintenance activities, findings, and parts usage accurately in maintenance systems.
