- Integrate sensors, drives, and automation components to improve production quality, safety, and throughput
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams on new equipment installations and upgrades
- Develop and maintain control system documentation, drawings, and standard work instructions
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement control changes for continuous improvement
- Support root-cause analysis, downtime reduction, and corrective actions for automation-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and Marvin engineering standards
- Provide training and technical support to maintenance and operations teams on control systems
