We are seeking a strategic, high-capacity Construction President to lead our commercial and industrial building operations across the Raleith, NC region. This role reports directly to the CEO and oversees multiple offices delivering projects in commercial, light industrial, healthcare, office, and multifamily sectors.
The Construction President will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for driving performance, strengthening market position, and ensuring excellence across all phases of project delivery. This executive will guide large, diverse teams; uphold rigorous standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction; and play a central role in shaping the companys longterm growth within the Carolinas.
Duties
