Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee the use of construction management software to track progress and streamline communication.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, including timelines and budget adherence.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and external partners to enhance collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and project scheduling methodologies.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid knowledge of contracts related to construction projects.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous construction site experience is highly desirable.
