Overview:
Construction Consulting & Estimating (CC&E) is looking for a qualified, highly motivated team player to provide administrative support to each construction project. It will require that all aspects of the work be organized in a management system that will establish, monitor, and follow up on each discipline’s requirements to complete the project. Strict attention to detail, time constraints, and proper documentation techniques will be required. Candidate must have strong organizational, communication, time management, and client service skills. This position will report to the President of CC&E.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist our internal Owner's Representative/Project Manager (OR/PM) with administration of subcontracts, change orders, and other project documents, work in Construction Management (CM) software, and assist with Project Closeout
- Utilize CM software for the following: Create and set up jobs in CM software (with assistance from OR), Meeting Minutes, upload Drawings/Specifications, utilize Specifications to create the Submittal Log, Submittal Manager, RFI support, coordinate Subcontractor Insurance compliance, utilize Procore email address, bid files copied from SharePoint for project information, subcontract development coordination with OR, Change Order support, Pay Application support, maintain file systems in software, and Closeout Documentation as identified in the Submittals.
- Certified Payroll Support
- Track all project documentation, including submittals, RFI's, Transmittals, Project Schedules, and Drawings
- Set up and maintain electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials in CM software (maintain standards).
- Works on multiple projects and supports a number of OR/PM on moderately sized projects.
- Customer Service role to OR/PM and other project staff.
- Utilize Microsoft Based software
Desired Skills & Experience, including, but not limited to:
- High School diploma or equivelant, but an Associate Degree at a minimum is preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of Construction Administration/Project Coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Procore Software or other Construction Management Software is a plus.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, pay meticulous attention to detail, and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multitask across several projects.
- Have the ability to build interpersonal relationships in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.

The employee may also visit construction work sites where the employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
