Job Description:As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. This role requires a self-starter who has some understanding of the construction industry and thrives on building long-term relationships with customers.Essential Job Functions:Develop plans to satisfy prospects and customers’ needs and present solutions to customers.Continually enhance sales skills and industry knowledge, to promote a professional image.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfactionGenerate sales reports each week and submit them to management.Conduct sales and service activities, develop strong customer relationships, identify product applications, and introduce new products, services, and solutions.Organize and conduct training sessions for customers, survey market and competitive conditionsMonitor customer complaints, follow up on outstanding orders, and make emergency calls and deliveries as required.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goalsIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and site visitsProvide product knowledge, pricing, and support to contractors and project managers.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsAll other duties/special projects as assignedQualifications:Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
