Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, hourly, on-site role based in Marietta, GA. This position supports HR operations by assisting with tasks such as employee onboarding, internal records management, and maintaining Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Employee files, records and confidential HR documents
- Assist with onboarding new hires including paperwork, orientations, system setup and verification of employment through E-verify
- Assist with payroll processing by collecting and reviewing employee and vendor time cards on a daily basis
- Prepare and maintain any reports, spreadsheets or any other HR/payroll related documentation
- Assist with answering phones and internal office traffic
- Perform any and all additional HR duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Preferred Knowledge of Time and Attendance Programs
- Preferred Knowledge of Quickbooks or any Payroll Software
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
