Construct Plumbing Design is seeking a highly organized and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations for our residential and commercial plumbing projects. What You'll Do: Field Supervisor
- Walk active job sites daily to monitor progress, safety, and adherence to quality standards
- Act as the on-site liaison between office staff, technicians, and customers
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Order necessary materials and tools according to project needs
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival at job sites
- Track inventory and manage supplier relationships
- Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and code compliance
- Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures
- Coach field technicians on best practices and workmanship standards
- Handle permit applications and approvals as required by local jurisdictions
- Coordinate and attend all required on-site inspections
What we’re Looking For: Field Supervisor
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in both residential and commercial settings
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and techniques
- Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and project management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
