Job Summary: Commercial Plumbing Foreman
Construct Plumbing Design is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead our team on mid-large-scale plumbing projects. This position requires a skilled leader with expertise in commercial plumbing systems, the ability to read blueprints, and experience managing crews in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities: Commercial Plumbing Foreman
- Supervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial job sites.
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
- Ensure all plumbing work meets commercial building codes and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, assign tasks, and oversee job completion.
- Order and track materials to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintain job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Train and mentor plumbing apprentices and journeymen.
- Troubleshoot complex commercial plumbing systems
Qualifications: Commercial Plumbing Foreman
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and plumbing code compliance.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
