Constitution Credit is an emerging real estate credit hedge fund based in Greenwich, CT.
The Role
We're hiring an IR associate to support the founding team across capital raising, investor communications, and operations. You'll work directly on every part of the LP lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Handle most investor communication including initial outreach and ongoing comms
- Maintain the CRM: contacts, meeting notes, pipeline status, follow-ups
- Research and build prospect lists across family offices, RIAs, wealth platforms, and institutional allocators
- Help draft monthly investor letters, quarterly reports, and market commentary
- Support responses to investor inquiries, RFPs, and DDQs
- Coordinate investor onboarding: subscription docs, KYC/AML, accreditation
- Work with the fund admin on distributions, and investor notices
- Manage the data room and IR process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
- 1–5 years of experience in sales/marketing/IR
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable in a small, fast-paced environment
- High EQ; strong written and verbal communication skills
