POSITION SUMMARY
Support Aerospace Security Control Center Operations which act as the communication and response coordination control hub at the Chantilly, VA location.
Required: Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI upgrade.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares a variety of vital reports that ensure the safety and security of all on- site personnel.
- Performs daily equipment checks of all security equipment in the Security Control Center
- Monitor computerized intrusion detection and access control system, multiple CCTV cameras, emergency phone line(s), fire, and facility environmental control system.
- Operate computerized patrol tour and key control systems, radios, automated public address system, and other SCC security-related equipment.
- Provides, communication support for both routine security events and
- Serves an informational interface with the public, employees, management, government, and security forces under both normal and emergency.
- In charge of administering messages to employees using the emergency mass notification system
- Monitors and provides oversight of all executive transports to and from the Aerospace campus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be U.S. citizen
- Must have and maintain a Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI upgrade.
- Shall possess a valid UL2050 alarm monitoring certification
- Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
- Successfully to pass an employment physical
- Successfully pass criminal, credit and driving records check
- Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms
- Write and speak clearly and effectively in English.
- Be fully computer literate with computer hardware
- Communicate effectively
- Must be able to pass training and obtain the required certifications and licenses
