What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Control Monitor position at Constellis?
POSITION SUMMARY
This Full Time position provides Access Control and Escort support for a classified facility. The hours of coverage currently available are for the mid-day shift supporting the hours of 11:30am-19:30pm on a Monday-Friday basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Security patrols, access control, security related personnel escort duties, traffic, parking control, law and order duties, as well as security and fire safety surveillance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching, and bending throughout the workday.
- Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have the required Full Scope Polygraph that is current and can be verified.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- Minimum two (2) years of access control and/or security officer experience.
- Read, speak, and understand English language fluently.
- Ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.
- Successfully pass an employment physical.
- Successfully pass all training and obtain required certifications.
- Successfully pass criminal record and credit report checks.
- Successfully complete a security interview.
