Provide IT products, services and solutions on time, within budget and with the required functionality. Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients. Participate in developing and implementing strategy/policy. Manage large-scale projects of high complexity, size and change management risk.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities
- Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and IT partners.
- Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Participate in career development and succession planning processes. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. Provide input on development and retention processes for IT employees.
- Lead and manage IT projects and associated system integrators to deliver projects of medium to high complexity.
- Lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with IT Business Plan.
- Maintain current business knowledge/acumen, including application of technology solutions to deliver business results.
- Operate utilizing standard processes as defined within the Management Model where applicable.
- Oversee process improvement efforts and ensure adoption of standard processes and procedures that deliver sustainable top quartile cost and performance levels.
- Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables in accordance with IT project management standards. For operations/application maintenance: Plan and manage to defined service level agreements at agreed upon budgets.
- Prepare and manage budget for area of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 8 to 10 years' experience in IT Infrastructure or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience managing budgets for functional area of responsibility.
- Knowledge of business practices and processes related to role
- Experience leading and managing IT projects or sub teams and knowledge of IT project management
- Ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences including investigators, senior management, team members and others
- Appropriate technical skills Network and Platform Engineering. PMP certification preferred for specific roles as per guidelines established by the IT Project Management Office.
- Experience leading and managing technical projects and personnel
- Demonstrated success delivering infrastructure programs within a matrixed engineering environment, where resources are shared across network, cloud, and platform teams
- Ownership of portfolio financials, including forecast vs. actuals, vendor spend, and variance management
- Experience managing professional services vendors, including contract execution and invoice validation
- Delivered large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning infrastructure, operations, security, and applications teams
