What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid Wholesaler position at Constellation?
The Hybrid Wholesaler will have the opportunity to drive sales success within your assigned geographical area. You'll work to achieve sales targets by building relationships and providing valuable solutions to clients.
You'll spend three days a week in our Denver or Nashville office, allowing you to connect with your team and contribute to our success. If not located in Denver or Nashville, you must be willing to relocate.
Your role and impact
Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities and the meaningful impact you'll create as a Hybrid Wholesaler:
- Producing annuity sales in assigned geographic area and covering all channels and products
- Developing and implementing sales strategies across assigned advisor segments
- Communicating sales strategies, case design, product designs and business building strategies
- Maintaining proactive and reactive sales activity in the assigned territory including phone calls, virtual meetings and in person meetings
- Hosting in-person and virtual seminars to drive sales
- Traveling to the assigned territory to drive sales on occasion

Qualifications:
What sets you up for success
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Series 6 or 7 license or Series 63 required
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with online marketing tools and analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Proficiency in using Salesforce
