What you will be doing
The Document Fulfillment Associate I will be responsible for working in a team environment to assemble policies.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Fulfilling, printing and mailing requests to agent and clients per AWD instructions
- Assembling, binding and sorting policies per associated Assembly Guide while checking for accuracy
- Monitoring e-mail, phone calls and special requests
- Using AWD to locate, research, confirm and add information as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance
