What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist (SBT) - Rocky Hill, CT position at CONSTELLATION HEALTH SERVICES?
Constellation is looking to add a School-Based Occupational Therapist to our team who will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children including intervention in small group and individual sessions. They will also provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings.
Must have a Connecticut Occupational Therapist License and previous pediatric experience is preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
