Constellation Hospice is seeking an Administrator who will be responsible for the fiscal and operational activities of the hospice organization. They are responsible for long-range planning, organizing, directing, and staffing of the organization. The Administrator plans and develops new programs, recruits, and interviews management staff, and establishes mechanisms for measuring quality care and organizational performance. The Administrator is responsible to the governing body, either directly or through the governing body’s chief executive officer, for the administration and management of the hospice.

Responsibilities:
- Directs the hospice and ensures implementation of policies and procedures regarding all activities and services provided by Constellation Hospice, whether provided through staff employed directly by the hospice, by volunteers or through contract arrangement.
- Interfaces and communicates with DPH, CMS and other Federal, State and Private organizations on behalf of the organization.
- Implements an effective budgetary and accounting system, develops, and proposes an annual budget for adoption by the governing body and manages the financial aspects of the hospice.
- Provides procedures and system of staff communication that ensures coordinated implementation of Plans of Treatment and utilization of necessary services to be able to give quality care to our patients. Ensures that patient care services are appropriately coordinated.
- Implements a quality assurance mechanism to assess the overall hospice program, demonstrates a high commitment to customer services and quality organizational standards.
- Ensures that action is taken to correct problems identified either through patient/family record reviews, fiscal audits, or as a result of patient/family recommendations.
- Keeps the governing body informed of the hospice’s operations, prepares for and presents relevant operational reports to the Board at regularly scheduled meeting and on an interim as needed basis.

Qualifications:
- Registered RN in the state of employment.
- The employee has the required licensure, education, training, and qualifications required by rule, regulation, law and/or statute to qualify for the role in their state.
- The Administrator shall have at least five years of relevant experience in hospice or related fields, which shall include at least three years of supervisory/administrator experience.
- Knowledgeable of hospice philosophy, goals and State and Federal regulations.
- Basic knowledge of iOs operating system
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
