Expected salary range of $171,000 to $190,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provides overall management of the Site Project Management Function. Responsibilities include: Implementation and execution of all site projects, works with station senior management team to develop and implement plans that support site and corporate business goals and objectives. Directly supervise assigned project managers.
 
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Primary responsibility is to Oversee, Support, and Perform the execution of all site projects in accordance with Project Management process and procedures. The manager will own the site 10-year Strategic and Material Condition and Improvement Plan and assigned portions of Corporate Strategic Plan and be responsible for its execution in all facets of the Project Lifecycle.
• Accountable for gaining Executive Approval for O&M and Capital Projects. This authorization includes PRC, NSAC and GOC Committee approvals as necessary.
• Responsible for certifying accurate estimates during all phases of the project lifecycle, this includes robust change control management throughout project design and execution.  
• Responsible for monitoring project performance and taking action to avoid cost overruns and schedule delays.  Elevating and communicating off-track performance and work with project team to rectify issues.  
• Accountable for the retention and development of project managers supporting line management. Responsible for tracking and ensure that individuals obtain and meet continuing training credits for PMP Certification of project managers.  Evaluate assigned staff and recommend training and/or Human Resources actions. Solicit feedback on performance of personnel. Participate in development and providing continuing training topics for Project Management.
• Meet with regulatory groups to gain approval and respond to inquiries. This includes agencies such as DOE, INPO, NEI, and NRC.
• Responsible for supporting peer team improvement initiatives.
• Support the Station SLT with non-project related activities and initiatives as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Individual must possess 4-year degree and have 10 years of utility or related industry experience
• OR
• Associates degree with 12 years directly applicable with 7 years supervisory experience
• OR
• High School diploma with 15 years directly applicable experience with 7 years supervisory experience
• Experience with management of projects PMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position) Strong leadership and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters of Business Administration
• SRO or SRO Certification
• Engineering or Technical Degree
