Expected salary range of $108,000 to $120,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Maintenance Scheduler (Daily/Outage) is responsible for the development and control of the discipline schedules including balancing the workload with the available resources with the emphasis on schedule consistency and workability, which supports meeting the On-line and Outage indicators. Successfully maintaining accurate schedules throughout development and execution and updating and publishing the Discipline schedule as required.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Coordinate, develop and update discipline schedules to ensure an accurate product for use in effective planning, resource allocation, parts acquisition, and schedule execution.
• Develop detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports to provide effective management tools for execution and feedback. Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure interactive components in the schedule can be met.
• Assist in the development of work windows and contingency plans, by working with Work Week Managers, Project Managers, discipline planners, and Cycle Schedulers.
• Attend scheduling meetings to ensure pre-planning, implementation, schedule critiques are effective in developing continuous product improvement. Represent maintenance scheduling, pushing back as required.
• Assist assigned department with traveler requests and tracking.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience OR
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 2 years of related experience OR
• Associate's degree with 3 years of related experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

• Basic Power Plant System Knowledge
• Ability to initiate contract requisitions
• P-6 knowledge
• Experience with Maximo/Passport software
