What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately, following system protocols and qualty standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station that is well-stocked and efficient for daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members on inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
Must-haves:
- Previous experience as a barista, particularly in a high-end or specialty café setting.
- Demonstrated passion for coffee with enthusiasm for enhancing the customer experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both team members and customers.
- Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and an efficient work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- At least two years’ experience working in a retail environment.
