Position Summary
This temporary, hourly role supports winery operations through wine sampling, cellar and lab support, and winemaking tastings, along with dishwashing and sanitation duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and prepare wine samples from tanks and barrels following established procedures
- Support winemaking tastings, including setup and cleanup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab, cellar, and sampling areas
- Wash, clean, and store dishes, glassware, and equipment used in winery operations
- Load and unload dishwashing equipment and maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas
- Perform general cleaning and sanitation tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with basic lab and cellar tasks as directed
- High school diploma preferred
- Winery, cellar, lab, or dishwasher experience a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
