Intern, Commercial Beer Finance

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing analytical support to the Commercial Beer Finance team in the areas of financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting. The intern will be responsible for completing specific duties related to month end close, planning, forecasting, budgeting and general business analysis. 

Responsibilities

Primarily duties within the Marketing Finance organization.  Specific duties to include (but not limited to) the following:

• Assist in the collection of monthly financial data and analysis of monthly financial results
• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, planning and reporting
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package
• Assistance with ongoing projects as needed
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Current full-time student enrolled in either an undergraduate or graduate level program. 
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Core Competencies To Be Successful

• Excellent communication and interaction skills, both oral and written. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Solid financial acumen and analytical/problem solving ability. 
• Strong customer service orientation is required with ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. 
• Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities. 
• Requires one to be a team player with a positive attitude, highly motivated, a change oriented individual able to work with a variety of people at all levels; as well as a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team.  
  
  

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
• Primary work environment is professional corporate office
• Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations
  
  

The Salary Range For This Role Is

$18.00 - $28.00 an hour
