Position Summary This role will work closely with a multidisciplinary Agile Product team to build high quality data models, visualizations, and analytic solutions. You will work directly with other team members and requirements to develop complete and insightful data driven Analytics solutions. You have experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, but more importantly you understand data and can adapt to any tool. You understand visualizations and select visual variables that are intuitive and drive insights. You are an Agile learner, possess strong problem-solving skills, and enjoy working as part of a cross functional analytics team. Responsibilities: Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data models and visualizations that adhere to data engineering principles and business goals Automate and transform data consumption from traditional desktop office applications to highly immersive data visualizations and models Create analytic data products/solutions that improve productivity and provide decision advantages based on requirements Advise, consult, mentor and coach other data and analytic professionals on data visualization standards and practices Introduce and integrate data mining and predictive analytical techniques as a part of the core business analytics offerings by applying statistical and advanced analytical methods and modeling Lead the evaluation, implementation and deployment of emerging tools and processes for statistical data modelling and data visualization Domain Expertise: Bachelor’s degree required; Statistics, Math, Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred 3 years of development experience working in BI, analytics, statistical modeling (3 years for junior role) Knowledge of data, visualization, statistical and analytic concepts, such as dimensional modeling, structured/unstructured data, charting/plotting Experience with any of the following is helpful Snowflake, AWS/Redshift, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Airflow, data build tool (DBT), Python, Java, Scala, Jira, Confluence, SPSS, SAS Experience with predictive modelling (preferred) Experience with developing solutions on cloud computing services and infrastructure in the data and analytics space (preferred) Familiarity with the Linux operating system (preferred) Exposure to machine learning, data science, computer vision, artificial intelligence, statistics, and/or applied mathematics Agile/Digital Experience: Passionate about Agile software processes, data-driven development, reliability, and experimentation Experience working on a collaborative Agile product team Physical Requirements/Work Environment Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time Primary work environment is an office setting Must have a valid driver’s license Must be at least 21 years of age At Constellation Brands, we value bold ideas, teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, and risk-taking.
