About the Role
As the Director/Senior Manager, Ecommerce & Website Product, you’ll own the performance, optimization, and evolution of our online store. You’ll lead site strategy across conversion rate optimization, merchandising, analytics, and customer experience, working closely with dev, CX, and data teams to make smart, measurable changes that improve the customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the data and dev teams to plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests that improve site performance.
- Analyze full-funnel website data to identify trends and opportunities, going beyond simple A/B tests to understand customer purchase journeys.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and attribution platforms to inform site decisions.
- Manage ongoing site merchandising, from PDP improvements to cross-sells, tutorials, and spec booklets across product pages.
- Oversee asset management, including photography updates and product presentation improvements.
- Collaborate with the CX team to gather and implement feedback from surveys and customer interactions.
- Support new product launches, campaign rollouts (e.g., seasonal or sitewide sales), and content updates.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing to ensure consistent site branding and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce experience, ideally with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, attribution, and data-driven site improvements.
- Skilled with tools like Google Analytics and comfortable interpreting and acting on data insights.
- Experienced working cross-functionally with dev teams, designers, and CX to deliver measurable results.
- Strong project management abilities — capable of overseeing asset creation, campaigns, and ongoing site updates.
- Collaborative and humble, with a performance-first mindset.
