Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc is currently looking for savvy Real Estate Brokers to join our Portland & Salem, Oregon team and to work 1-on-1 with the President/Founder. Positions available for brokers with Commercial, Investment and/or residential experience. Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc is looking for performing brokers looking for additional tools to refine their respective niche. We are looking for team players that specialize in their niche for a full service investment real estate brokerage.
Constant Commercial Real Estate Inc (CCRE) is a boutique Investment Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Mortgage Brokerage and Consulting firm geared towards being a one-stop shop for our clients. We tailor investment real estate strategies utilizing our proprietary analysis tools and help new and experienced private real estate investors structure strategic use of their capital/equity to scale their portfolio. We are geared towards having a life-long, generational relationships with our clients that extends beyond the buy/sell moments.
Job Information
- Oregon Real Estate Brokerage experience required.
- Active Oregon Real Estate Broker license in good standing.
- Understanding of Commercial/Investment Real Estate underwriting and mathematics. (This can be taught)
- Understanding real estate strategy & finance.
- Proven producer and strong sales background.
- Convert calls and leads to appointments.
- Participate in cold calls, direct mail, e-mail and networking to prospect.
- Participate in client & sales meetings and new business presentations.
- Participate in property tours and inspections.
- Network and meet with other real estate professionals including lenders, developers, property managers, contractors, etc.
- Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) database.
- Ability to travel within the state when needed.
- General technology skills are required with comfort in Salesforce, Google Suite and Excel.
- Self-starter and driven personality determined to grow your business and life-long clients.
- Autonomously initiate and sustain momentum to build business efficiently and manage KPI’s.
Location
We have virtual/physical offices in Lake Oswego and Salem, Oregon and help our clients throughout the state with their Real Estate and Commercial Mortgage needs. This is a work from home job for the majority of this position but must have the ability to meet with clients face-to-face, attend inspections and perform property walkthroughs.
Compensation Information
Compensation is commensurate with experience. This is a 100% commission position with attractive splits for experienced brokers.
Commissions can range between $50,000.00 - $350,000 per year depending on experience and transaction volume.
