ERP Consultant – Manufacturing & Distribution - Indianapolis - up to $110K
An established and growing organization in the manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to support the successful delivery of ERP implementation projects. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office in Indianapolis and the rest remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to design solutions tailored to manufacturing and distribution workflows.
- Provide functional expertise across finance, inventory, production, and supply chain modules.
- Deliver user support post-go-live and help optimize system performance.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in coordination with development teams.
Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience (any major ERP platform).
- Strong background working with manufacturing and distribution businesses.
- Solid understanding of business processes including supply chain, inventory, production planning, and order management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in hybrid or client-facing consulting roles is preferred.
