What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Operations Data Specialist position at ConsortiEX, Inc.?
The Customer Operations Data Specialist is the subject matter expert within the Operations team for implementing and maintaining Customer Master Data, EDI and EPCIS Data Feeds. You will interact via email with customers and pharmaceutical trading partners. This is a full-time position working in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Configuring and maintaining our growing master data network of customers, trading partners, and product data within the ConsortiEX software.
- Coordinating with third-parties for enabling EDI and EPCIS connections and integrations with ConsortiEX software.
- On-going monitoring of EDI and EPCIS connections for data completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Identifying, escalating, and managing resolution of data quality issues – both internally with software development team – and externally with trading partners.
- Developing standard work to improve data management processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams for all Master Data, EDI, and EPCIS related issues and questions.
- Performing other assigned duties or special projects as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and EPCIS (Electronic Product Code Information Services)
- Knowledge of Atlassian products including but not limited to JIRA and Confluence
- Strong reporting analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical personnel to drive issue resolution
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to identify and implement business process improvements
- Excellent communication skills and professional and friendly customer service
- Experience with MS Office and Adobe
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Demonstrate leadership and organizational capabilities
