Sales Manager
Consonus Healthcare provides Rehabilitation and Pharmacy services to long-term care facilities (SNFs, ALFs, and CCRCs). Based in Portland, Oregon we operate as a subsidiary of Marquis Companies and have been in business since 1989.
The Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to grow a pipeline of potential customers in the area assigned to support accomplishment of Consonus sales goals. They are responsible for working directly with the VP of Sales in the execution of our customer plans and, as appropriate, supporting the sales process.

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to grow a pipeline of potential customers in the area assigned to support accomplishment of Consonus sales goals. They are responsible for working directly with the VP of Sales in the execution of our customer plans and, as appropriate, supporting the sales process.
Explanation Of Territory
- Midwest - Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska
- Responsible for all sales within the specified region for both Rehab and Pharmacy.
- Responsible for building relationships with potential customers and pertinent industry contacts.
- Attending all industry-related trade shows, association conferences, and related events as related to your territory.
- Maintain pertinent records in CRM.
- Leads the sales process with target customers.
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years or more of previous sales experience
- Reside in Nebraska or Iowa and be willing to travel for business purposes
- Rehab/Pharmacy sales experience preferred but not required
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred but not required
