What You’ll Do
- Provide daily supervision, support, and care for adolescent youth
- Build positive, therapeutic relationships that encourage growth and trust
- Serve as a role model, promoting accountability and positive behavior
- Lead and participate in structured activities and life-skills development
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and consistent environment
- Work as part of a team focused on youth success and stability
Schedule
Evening Shift (Rotation A):
- Thursday & Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Every other Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Evening Shift (Rotation B)
- Monday & Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Every other Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Overnight Shift (4 Days On / 4 Days Off):
- 10:30 PM - 8:30 AM
- 4 Consecutive days on, 4 days off

Pay & Benefits
- $14.50/hour base pay
- $1.50/hour weekend differential (Sat & Sun)
- Time-and-a-half for overtime
- Double time on holidays

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 21 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work positively with youth in a structured setting
- Strong communication, patience, and reliability
