What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver / Plant Operator position at Consolidated Water Group?
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time
What You Will Do
Driving Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers and company locations
• Load and unload products accurately and safely
• Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes
• Provide professional and friendly service during deliveries
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns
Plant Responsibilities:
• Operate plant equipment used in the production and bottling process
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Load and unload materials used in plant operations
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What You Need
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move 50–80 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to drive for extended periods when needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
• Delivery driving experience
• Warehouse or plant experience
• Forklift experience
