What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Sales Rep position at Consolidated Water Group?
Specific Job Function
• Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through
networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional product and service opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals and quotes, and recommend
customized water treatment solutions.
• Build relationships with business owners, facility manager and other key
decision makers.
• Manage sales activity, customer information, and pipeline tracking within CRM systems.
• Achieve established sales, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customersatisfaction and successful
project implementation.
• Complete required reporting, training, and additional duties as assigned by
management.
• Responsible for driving growth in whole‑home reverse osmosis and
expanding commercial water treatment sales across key markets.
Education & Experience
• 5 years of proven B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in water
treatment, commercial services, industrial sales, or a related field.
• BS in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Completion of Culligan Sales License within first 120 days of hire
• Other training and/or certification as assigned
