What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Lead/Assistant Warehouse Manager position at Consolidated Textile Brands?
We are currently seeking an Order Fulfillment Lead/Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team at our GOTS Certified e-commerce facility in Winsted, CT. Order Fulfillment includes processing, preparing and packing orders according to company standards. The Warehouse Management portion of this position includes shipping and receiving, general organization of the warehouse, and requires some computer skills.
Job Requirements:
- Warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for an 8 hour shift
- Ability to work efficiently, and with attention to detail
- Ability to work self-directed and as part of a team
- Computer literacy
- Reliable transportation
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Process and accurately fulfill orders
- Assist warehouse manager
- Assist with packaging/manufacturing
- Become proficient in use of inventory management software
- Warehouse/cutting room organization and neatness
- Other tasks as needed

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4pm.
Pay: Dependent on experience.
