Service and Install Coordinator

The SID Service and Install Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating and communicating information between vendors, installers, builders and homeowners.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate deliveries, installation, and service appointments with all customer types including contractors, home builders, and retail customers
• Interpret 20/20 cabinet design plans to identify necessary information to order replacement and warranty parts after cabinet installation is completed
• Input and submit accurate cabinetry parts orders through various vendor ordering portals
• Communicate with vendors when requesting warranty parts and facilitate expedited shipment when necessary
• Maintain communication on parts arrival dates with vendors, customers, and sales/design staff
• Review part order submissions from sales and design staff to ensure complete and accurate orders
• Create tickets and POs for parts orders
• Enter all cabinet and countertop orders into the internal system
• Maintain an organized scheduling system for customers and technicians
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries
• Invoicing and COD collections
• Perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Will work mainly at their desk sending and receiving emails, phone calls, and voicemails.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency using a computer
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner

Preferred Education and Experience

• Past experience in data processing and customer service
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Word
• CAD and blueprint knowledge helpful
