The Ceramics Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes for
advanced ceramic components. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will collaborate with
production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production that meets
stringent aerospace standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ceramics manufacturing,
strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for advancing aerospace technology.
Responsibilities
- Process Design and Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced

- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Ceramic Engineering,
experience in ceramics manufacturing.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of ceramics manufacturing processes, including slurry preparation, material
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for designing tooling and fixtures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical
