What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room position at Consolidated Medical Staffing?
Job Duties:
The OR cares for a wide variety of patients. Specialties include orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, orthopedic, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma (level 1 trauma center). There are 2 Davinci robots that are used by multi-services. The transplant program involves livers, kidneys, and hearts.
Job Requirements:
- RN License (NY state license ONLY )
- Two (2) years operating room experience in a level 1 trauma preferred
- Able to scrub and circulate
- Telemetry
Certification(s):
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
-ACLS (PREFERED)
Preferred Surgical Experience:
- Specialty Cases (transplants, plastics, reconstructive)
- Craniotomy
- Strong Ortho background
ROTATING SHIFTS (D/E/N)
Meals: $560 non-taxable weekly
Lodging: $924 non-taxable weekly
$34.10 hourly rate
$3,257 weekly rate for 48 hours
MUST BE MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
