- Easy to prepare quality meals (must know how to cook from scratch, even if your experience comes from home cooking)
- Must have every other weekend availability
- Must be flexible with schedule when needed
- Must have great attendance
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be able to stay busy & keep things clean
- Must understand the importance of food safety & cleanliness
- Must be able to do what it takes during the tough times
