Bilingual (Spanish) Client Support Specialist

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed. Training & Onboarding: Process new contracts and conduct training sessions for successful onboarding. Systems & Tools: Navigate multiple internal systems and maintain accurate records. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.) Someone with a positive can-do attitude Dependable team player Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred Dedicated private workspace Reliable internet (100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum) Excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision) Company-paid life insurance Company-paid short-term & long-term disability insurance 401(k) with company match Employee assistance programs Paid vacation, personal days, holidays, and sick time
