Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator for our night shift at our Lynn location. Join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using inventory management software and data entry systems
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for delivery or transfer
- Maintain organized storage of products ensuring proper stocking and stock rotation
- Assist with inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and updating records in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and optimize warehouse distribution processes
Skills
- Proven experience operating forklifts and RF scanners in a warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, order picking, and load & unload procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
- Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external carriers
- Understanding of shipping logistics.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
