JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations through accurate handling of flooring materials, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepare and complete flooring material orders for delivery or pickup based on schedule.

· Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory (unload, label, store, organize).

· Pick and load materials for scheduled deliveries.

· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including shelving, pallet areas, and workstations.

· Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

· Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.

· Report any discrepancies, damage, or inventory issues promptly.

· Complete required documentation and data entry related to inventory and orders.

· Monitor inventory and delivery status to ensure items arrive on time.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required.

· 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience preferred.

· Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus.

· Basic computer/data entry skills.

· * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lift and move heavy flooring materials (50 Lbs. or more).

· Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Prior experience with carpet cutting and flooring materials preferred.

· Familiarity with carpet cutting techniques and tools is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position requires standing, walking, lifting, and handling heavy materials in a warehouse environment. The role may involve occasional overtime or weekend shifts based on project needs.
