Sourcing and Quoting Specialist

Today Consolidated is a rapidly growing, employee-owned company looking for highly motivated Quote Coordinator to work with the team in reaching sales goals and providing unsurpassed customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Prepare accurate, timely quotes for wire harnesses and cable assemblies following customer specs and internal pricing guidelines.
• Enter and manage quote data in quoting systems and spreadsheets
• Source parts, components, and alternative suppliers as needed to meet cost, lead-time, and quality requirements.
• Communicate with purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Track quote status and provide weekly updates to the sales team.
• Maintain organized vendor quotes, tooling quotes, and sales correspondence.
• Support continuous improvement of quoting processes, templates, and goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-reliant, able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft software such as Outlook, Excel, and Work

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with Cetec or Cableteque Software
• Previous experience in wire harness, cable assembly, or wire & cable manufacturing
• Familiarity with Quoting, BOM management, and basic electrical component terminology.
• Experience sourcing electronic or cable components and working with suppliers.
• College Degree in related field

Compensation:

• $45,000-$55,000
