Qualifications
- Either 5 years in an accounting, clerical, administrative roles and/or associates/bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Preferred candidate will have both
- Highly attention to detail oriented
- Ability to problem solve
- Great Time Management
- Must be a perfectionist
- Ability to work independently while supporting and communicating with management
- Ability to type greater than 70 words per minute
- Processing and paying manufacturer invoices
- Receiving inventory into our proprietary inventory control system
- Processing customer direct invoices
- Processing, Following-up, and Managing Manufacturer Debit Memos
- Processing customer through stock invoices
- Paying expense vendor invoices
- Ownership/Control of General Ledger
- Monthly and Annual Inventory Reconciliation
- Paperwork Filing
- Hourly Wage
- Profit Sharing
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & 401K with company match
