What You’ll Do
As our Warehouse Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently receiving and unloading shipments
- Accurately filling and staging customer orders, and safely loading them onto delivery trucks
- Preparing shipments via UPS and LTL, which includes wrapping and labeling
- Cutting wire to specific customer needs using specialized machinery and hand tools
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Making local deliveries using our company vehicle
What You'll Bring to the Team
- A strong physical aptitude and the ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Solid mechanical skills and a willingness to learn how to operate wire cutting equipment
- The ability to perform physical tasks such as squatting, kneeling, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods on a concrete floor
- Ability to climb ladders to pull material
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
