Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI) is seeking hardworking Erosion Control Laborers to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and building projects that protect the environment, we'd like to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Install erosion control products including silt fence, wattles, erosion blankets, and sediment control devices.
- Assist with seeding, mulching, hydroseeding, and reclamation projects.
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators.
- Maintain a safe and clean work site.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with snow removal during the winter season as needed.
Qualifications
- Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Schedule
Monday–Friday with overtime as needed. Weekend work may be required during peak seasons and snow events.
