Nature’s Workforce, the landscape maintenance division of Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI), is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations in the Denver market.
This role operates as the CEO of the branch, responsible for operational performance, financial results, and team development. The Branch Manager ensures high-quality service delivery across commercial landscape maintenance, irrigation, enhancements, and large-scale snow and ice management operations.

What You'll DoOperational Leadership
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies
- Lead and develop teams of landscape professionals ranging from dozens to 100 employees
- Manage branch facilities, fleet, and operational assets
- Ensure quality standards across all maintenance and enhancement services
Snow & Winter Operations
- Direct snow and ice management operations during winter months
- Coordinate equipment, crews, and subcontractors for snow response
- Monitor weather alerts and mobilize teams during snow events
- Conduct pre-season and post-season property inspections
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for snow services
Financial & Strategic Management
- Maintain full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement operational improvements
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share
- Maintain client retention goals of 92%
Client & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with property managers and key commercial clients
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections
- Resolve service concerns quickly and professionally
- Represent CDI and Nature’s Workforce in the local market
What We're Looking ForExperience
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in commercial landscaping or a similar service industry
- Experience managing branch operations, large crews, or multiple service teams
- Proven experience managing budgets or P&L
- Experience with commercial snow removal operations preferred
Skills
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of horticultural practices and landscape maintenance operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Experience using landscape management software such as Aspire preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to visit multiple job sites throughout the Denver metro area
- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to travel between job sites
- Ability to present information to teams and clients
