Salary Range: $150,000 – $180,000 performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Provide overall leadership and direction for commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion
- Manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, and project team performance
- Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and profitable
- Ensure projects meet financial, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction goals
- Support client relationships and future business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful projects
- Strong understanding of contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, P6, or similar tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
