Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Beaumont, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, carrying out account management duties, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing timely responses to client inquiries and needs. Additionally, the role will involve communicating with potential and current clients to drive sales and meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business growth
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and goal-driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms or sales software is a plus
