We’re seeking an energetic and service-oriented Associate Support Technician to join our growing IT team. Responsibilities
- Respond to client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Provide Tier 1 support for common issues, such as password resets, software installations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Set up and configure workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Perform initial triage for incoming tickets, escalating complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
- Accurately document issue details, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain clear, courteous, and consistent communication with clients throughout the support process.
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to improving documentation as you learn.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities to develop technical expertise.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with a passion for problem-solving and learning.
- A or equivalent entry-level credential preferred.
