Construction Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project scopes and timelines using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to maintain momentum and meet deadlines
• Review blueprints, contracts, and construction documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance, quality standards, and progress; address issues proactively to minimize delays
• Facilitate effective project coordination through clear communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Solid knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction estimating practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings accurately
• Demonstrated expertise in contract administration and project coordination.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
