What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Sales Estimator position at CONSOLIDATED CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC?
An experienced General Contractor specializing in insurance repair and reconstruction is seeking a qualified sales/ estimator for residential and commercial insurance restoration services in Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas. Starting salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 and unlimited earning potential with company bonus biannually based on sales performance and gross profit %.
Responsibilities include the cultivation of client and adjuster relationships coupled with maintaining existing relationships, preparing job scopes, estimating, selling the job to both clients and insurance adjusters, and working closely with our production department and Project Managers to insure successful completion of each project.
Prospective clients must have knowledge and/ or background in construction techniques, selling skills, strong computer skills and be versed in all Microsoft Office applications among other programs. Experience in mold remediation, Xactimate and Symbility estimating software is a plus.
